Presentation

The Château de la Morinière, a private property listed in the supplementary inventory of historical monuments (ISMH), has become an ACTA VISTA integration and vocational training site since February 2017. The owners, Xavier and Sandrine Allemandou, acquired it in 2016 and had the desire to restore this 16th century historical monument by including a strong social and territorial approach, with the aim of creating an artists’ residence.

Work sites and works

The following restoration works have been carried out since the beginning of our intervention: 

  • Restoration of ashlar works ;
  • Restoration of the works in brick masonry;
  • Restoration of the masonry, ashlar and interior mouldings;
  • Cleaning and repointing of floors.
