Founded in 2002, ACTA VISTA supports the professional integration of people in vulnerable situations through training in heritage restoration trades : A second life for old stones, a new life for people.
The organization has developed an innovative approach that transforms the restoration of prestigious historic buildings into a dual-purpose initiative:
– A social action for people facing barriers to employment
– An educational pathway that enables anyone to acquire artisanal know-how directly on the worksite, through the hands-on transmission of professional skills
In partnership with local employment stakeholders, ACTA VISTA recruits people into back to work programmes with no prior experience in construction or heritage trades.
And that’s where the magic happens: the team, the craftsmanship, and the power of the historic site allow learners to carry out restoration work in accordance with traditional standards — while rebuilding confidence in their ability to learn and shape their professional future-.

We complete our unique approach to heritage, both inclusive and committed, by opening our workcamps to young people. A unique and sensitive experience!
